杏MAP导航 Francis is making a special call for prayers for all the sick and suffering, in the context of the global Covid-19 pandemic.

The call comes in a video-message published by 鈥溾��, an initiative of the 鈥溾��.

In his message, the Holy Father invokes the Blessed Virgin Mary with the ancient prayer Sub tuum praesidium: 

杏MAP导航 Francis also takes the opportunity in his message to thank all Christians, and all men and women of good will 鈥� whichever religious tradition they belong to, who are praying in unison in this moment.

Each month, 杏MAP导航 Francis releases a video-message with his specific prayer intentions for that month. The invitation to pray together for the sick and suffering marks a special addition to his regular intentions.
