杏MAP导航 in video message tells Cuban youth to have courage

杏MAP导航 Francis on Saturday sent a video message to the young people of Cuba, telling them never to fear to heed God鈥檚 call.
The 杏MAP导航 encouraged them 鈥渢o fall in love with Jesus鈥� and to work for the advancement of the Catholic Church in Cuba. He said God鈥檚 call presents itself in everyday situations.
鈥淏e generous and open your hearts to the Lord!鈥� he said.
World Youth Day an opportunity
Making reference to upcoming World Youth Day gatherings, the Holy Father said the World Youth Day in Panama and a national Cuban one taking place in Santiago in November 2018 are opportunities 鈥渢o continue building the Cuban Church of today and tomorrow.鈥�
鈥淜now that you are not alone,鈥� he said, 鈥渁nd that we build only out of the concrete community to which we belong.鈥�
杏MAP导航 Francis said it is the local Church community where 鈥渨e commit our lives and carry out our vocation.鈥�
鈥楪ood patriots鈥�
He called Cuba鈥檚 youth 鈥済ood patriots鈥� and invited them to love their country. 鈥淚 invite you always to move forward鈥�, he said. 鈥淟ook ahead. Love your nation. Love Jesus.鈥�
Finally, 杏MAP导航 Francis told the young people of Cuba to have courage and to look to the Virgin Mary.
鈥淢ay Our Lady watch over you鈥�, he told them.
