杏MAP导航 Francis reminded those gathered for the Wednesday General Audience about the Inter-Korean Summit scheduled for 27 April.
Favorable opportunity for dialogue and peace
杏MAP导航 Francis called the summit 鈥渁 favourable opportunity to initiate a transparent dialogue鈥� leading to reconciliation and union, 鈥渋n order to guarantee peace on the Korean Peninsula and in the entire world.鈥�
鈥淚 assure you of my prayers鈥�
Addressing the people of Korea, 鈥渨ho ardently desire peace,鈥� 杏MAP导航 Francis said that he promises the 鈥減rayer and the closeness of the whole Church鈥�.
Become 鈥渁rtisans鈥� of peace
Directing himself to those with 鈥減olitical responsibilities, I ask that they have the courage of hope making themselves 鈥榓rtisans鈥� of peace.鈥� He ended by saying that he encourages them to confidently continue on the path begun 鈥渇or the good of all鈥�.
